Updates

Dear friends and fans,

It's been a long while since the website's been updated. The major reason for this is the fact that we haven't really had anything to update about. The album was released in late September, and it was extremely well-received. But as I'm sure you guys know, Imran and I live in north America. This basically means that the only time we ever get to play is during the summers. This sucks for us, sucks for our fans. But what can we do? The college degree is essential!

Anyway, as you can see, I've totally revamped the site. (All by myself!!! IT'S ALL MINE!!!) I've added a shitload of content. Check out the image gallery for over 200 pictures of the band and friends, check out all the press we've gotten, read the fan mail, download the wallpaper, stream the music. There's so much to the new site that I honestly don't want to get into it here. It was a total bitch doing it (especially since my design is horrible, so I need to work that much harder to make something that actually works) but it was done, and now we're all happy happy joy joy!!!

Plans for the future: We're going to be putting up some complete MP3s soon. We'll also be updating the site with more content, now that it's in a manageable format. If you see a magazine or newspaper that's writing about us, let us know. It'll be a great help.

As everybody who's bothered to write in knows, we always answer fan mail. So if you have anything at all to say-- be it positive or negative, just email watsonfans@thewatsonbrothers.com. We all get a copy of the email, and we'll definitely be in touch.

The Bangladeshi music industry is going through a lot of changes, great ones. The mixed album Agontuk-2 was fantastic, and Black's new album Utshober Por blew us all away. (Good work, Jon!) Furthermore, our childhood heroes--namely ex-members of Rockstrata, Aces and In Dhaka, are releasing an album. Their new band is called Elephant Road, and they're fantastic. Check out their official site or the fan page that we're hosting.

Anyway, I won't babble too much here. Hope you guys enjoy the new site!!! And no matter what happens, in the immortal words of Azam Khan--
DISCO DISCO NACHO GAO!!!

Yr Pal,
Arafat.
